Our client, a global leader in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Administrator to join their team on a 12-month contract. Known for their commitment to responsible environmental management and regulatory compliance, they work closely with industry stakeholders, community groups, and government bodies to ensure sustainable and transparent operations.
In this key support role, you’ll report into the SSHESSH&E Management team and serve as a crucial link in maintaining accurate legislative tracking and compliance deliverables across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Previous experience in compliance, regulatory administration, or document control
✔ Excellent organisational and time management skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tracking systems
✔ Confidence in stakeholder communication and reporting
✔ Knowledge of legislative frameworks or a willingness to learn

In this key support role, you’ll report into the SSHESSH&E Management team and serve as a crucial link in maintaining accurate legislative tracking and compliance deliverables across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the RegFrame database to capture compliance deliverables and stakeholder feedback.
- Compile and distribute the quarterly Regulatory Compliance Deliverables Report.
- Monitor for overdue responses and escalate as needed to the Regulatory Lead or management.
- Maintain a Legislation Summary to track emerging and amended regulations.
- Ensure new legislation and regulatory amendments are reflected in RegFrame promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate quarterly stewardship reviews with SSHESSH&E Management.
- Track and report on Key Performance Indicators as outlined in internal procedures.
- Monitor the regulatory inbox to ensure compliance with document control processes.
