Job description

DFP Recruitment Perth are seeking candidates for a permanent position available with our major national client. This is an urgent request and interviews will be held as soon as next week and the following week. There are multiple positions available, beginning August 23rd, and this is a full time working from home position on a 8-8 roster. 

Candidate Profile 
Sales is the big focus in this role, therefore sales and call centre experience is a must and having resilience around dealing with rejection and being able to move from one call to the next.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Certificate in Customer Contact is desirable.

Previous experience in a service and outcomes driven environment or customer facing environment such as retail, hospitality and contact centre; and Previous experience in Health Insurance is desirable.

  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Possess excellent rapport building skills; and
  • Possess strong computer skills.
