Currently, out client is seeking to engage a Senior Client Services Specialist to process super administration activities and provide support to the leadership team in matters requiring expertise. Additionally, this position will be responsible for quality checking, timely record keeping and procedural documentation with a view to becoming a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process superannuation administration work items end-to-end, including client liaison by phone and email.
- Support the leadership team by contributing to project work and process enhancements.
- Liaise with various external stakeholders and peers to achieve the best outcomes for your clients.
- Maintain accurate and organised records for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Document and update processes, including checklists and milestone tracking.
- Report on monthly work volumes, SLA adherence, and identify and escalate issues to management as required.
- Other duties as directed by the Client Services Manager.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Prior experience in the superannuation or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of superannuation legislation (desirable).
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or dispute resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for maintaining reports and documentation.
- A team-focused approach, with the ability to collaborate and support colleagues.
