The Opportunity
Time to put the tools down? Located in Gippsland in Regional Victoria, an opportunity has presented itself for a permanent fulltime Trainer to join their Longford team. This is an opportunity to join a friendly, fun team with a great culture that focuses on the ongoing development of their people within a supportive environment. 

The Position

The focus of the role is to deliver safe, relevant and consistent training. To be successful for this role you will have a strong safety focus, excellent communication skills and an engaging training style. Specifically, this role will require you to undertake the following:
  • Ensure all training is delivered and assessed accordingly to the Nationally Recognised Training Procedures
  • Complete all course assessment paperwork
  • Review of training packages and course delivery
  • Assist as required in developing customised training packages
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement processes
So if you have…. 
  • A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE 40116 (not essential)
  • Proven instructional and assessment experience
  • A drive and passion for helping others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office™ software applications
 
And have experience with one or more of the below…. 
  • First Aid
  • Emergency Response
  • Safety skills – confined space, working at heights
  • Maritime experience
  • Oil & Gas industry experience
  • Construction expereince
