The provision of feedback to candidates can often be a challenging and time consuming exercise.
At DFP we are able to provide candidates feedback on their performance throughout all stages of the selection process in a sensitive and timely manner. We are conscious of the time invested by candidates in participating in the process and endeavour to ensure the process is valuable and informative irrespective of the selection outcome.
Depending on your requirements, feedback can be provided in a variety of formats. For candidates who do not progress past the assessment or interview stage, verbal feedback is generally provided on their performance which incorporates demonstrated strengths and areas for development.
