Join a supportive finance team as an Accounts Receivable Administrator in their State-based office located in Rochedale. This is a temporary role, with a view to a permanent appointment for the right candidate! Immediate start available.
Reporting to the National Credit Manager this role’s focus is the management of the accounts receivable inbox, within the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring prompt and accurate reconciliation of banking and cash allocation, processing and allocating customer payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Accounts Receivable inbox and action emails promptly
- Assist with new credit applications and credit limit reviews
- Create manual invoices and credit notes as required
- Review orders in line with company policy
- Coordinate and complete daily banking downloads and reconciliations
- Process and receipt customer payments
- Support finance with banking queries
- Handle branch banking and credit card end-of-day tasks
- Prepare and process customer refunds
- Maintain customer accounts in line with policy
About You
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience (Essential)
- High levels of attention to detail
- Strong administration skills in MS Outlook, and intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive and professional can-do attitude
- Able to start ASAP
