Job description

Position: Financial Operations Team Leader (Level 6 - Level 7)

DFP Perth are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Team Leader to engage on a temporary contract with a State Government agency based in Perth’s CBD.

Start Date: 15/04/2024
End Date: 15/09/2024 – 6 Month Contract
Location: Perth CBD
Pay Rate: Between 70-80 per hour
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage Financial Operations team through efficient AP, AR, cash management, debtor collection, supplier payment, and credit card functions.
  • Utilize Oracle Fusion expertise to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Drive process management and governance to enhance team performance.
  • Lead and mentor team members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Oversee day-to-day financial activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial processes and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in financial operations within the State Government
  • Strong understanding of AP, AR, cash management, debtor collection, supplier payment, and credit card functions.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
