Our state government client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer for an exciting opportunity in their Perth CBD office.
Rate: $45-$50.57 per hour plus Super
Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
Duration: Initial 3 months with possible extension
Location: Perth CBD
Type: Temporary casual contract

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience in conveyancing/settlement agent work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with various stakeholders.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in conveyancing tasks and settlement agent work, including document handling related to property acquisition and sale, or recent experience in mortgage/real estate transactions.
- Proficiency in office applications.
- Reviewing contracts for land and dwelling purchases.
- Preparing Landgate documents such as land transfers and mortgages.
- Creating settlement statements.
- Maintaining accurate records of activities and transactions.
