Job description

Our state government client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer for an exciting opportunity in their Perth CBD office.  
 
Rate: $45-$50.57 per hour plus Super 
Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week 
Duration: Initial 3 months with possible extension 
Location: Perth CBD 
Type: Temporary casual contract   
 
Essential Skills and Experience: 
  • Experience in conveyancing/settlement agent work. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with various stakeholders.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.  
Desired Skills and Experience: 
  • Experience in conveyancing tasks and settlement agent work, including document handling related to property acquisition and sale, or recent experience in mortgage/real estate transactions. 
  • Proficiency in office applications. 
 Key Responsibilities: 
  • Reviewing contracts for land and dwelling purchases. 
  • Preparing Landgate documents such as land transfers and mortgages. 
  • Creating settlement statements. 
  • Maintaining accurate records of activities and transactions.
