- $41.68 hour + super

The Legal Support Team provides a range of specialist and general administrative support services to a pool of legal professionals within the organisation.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Case Administration activities – creation and administration of case files, photocopying, filing, data entry, meeting administration, records management (including archiving).
- Preparing materials, lodging/filing documentation, conducting basic research activities, video conferencing and arranging interpreters and translators.
- Liaising with legal professionals, external agencies, courts and counsel.
- Building rapport and maintaining internal and external relationships.
- Adapting communication (both verbal and written) to suit the identified audience.
- Please note that these positions may require the use of trolleys and suitcases to undertake deliveries, collections and court filing within the CBD and court precinct.

- Be able to respond flexibly and positively to work changes and shifting priorities.
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be computer literate
- Possess good collaboration skills – within team and internal and external stakeholders
- Exercise sound application of judgement, initiative and drive
- Experience providing administrative support within the legal field is highly regarded
To be eligible it is essential that applicants hold Australian Citizenship and is willing to obtain a Baseline Security Clerance if successful.
