About the Role
We are seeking an organised and professional Administration Assistant to support our clients Port Melbourne clinic. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to clients and clinicians.

About the Role
We are seeking an organised and professional Administration Assistant to support our clients Port Melbourne clinic. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to clients and clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing appointments and clinician schedules
- Greeting clients and handling enquiries
- Maintaining confidential client records
- Assisting with billing and NDIS claims
- Liaising with NDIA, LACs, GPs, and other stakeholders
- Supporting report preparation and NDIS plan reviews
- General administrative and office support
- Previous administration experience (private allied health or healthcare preferred)
- NDIS administration experience highly regarded
- Strong MS Office and EMR skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Current Driver’s Licence and required compliance checks (NDIS, Police, WWCC)
