We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Agent to join their growing team based in Morwell, Victoria.
About the Role
You will be responsible for promoting and selling central tyre inflation systems and accessories while building and maintaining strong client relationships across various industries.
Travel is required, including interstate travel at times. All work-related travel, meals and accommodation are paid for by the company.
A company vehicle is provided for work purposes with limited personal use, along with a phone and laptop.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell AIR CTI products and accessories
- Advise customers on product selection, pricing, delivery and use
- Understand and prepare quotes accurately
- Arrange equipment trials or consignments when required
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Attend trade shows, expos, field days and conferences
- Keep accurate sales records and prepare reports
- Participate in stocktaking and ordering
- Meet performance targets and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a strong listener
- Ability to understand and explain quotes clearly and accurately
- Professional presentation and integrity in representing the business
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Competent with phones, computers and data entry systems
- Current valid driver’s licence (essential)
- Interest or knowledge in trucks and vehicle accessories (highly regarded)
