Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex diaries, coordinating meetings, appointments, and commitments efficiently.
- Organise domestic travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Support executives with ad hoc administrative tasks, ensuring priorities are managed effectively.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership in a corporate or government environment.
- Exceptional diary management and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and exercise discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
