Job description

We are currently seeking interest from a self motivated, reliable and experienced Administrator to work on a full time basis for this organisation. This position is required to work Monday and Friday of each week

About the role:
As an experienced Administrator, you will be responsible for answer incoming calls, assisting with queries and directing to appropriate personnel, carrying out data entry and record maintenance tasks, along with the below key elements required for the position.  

The successful applicants will posses the following: 
  •  Previous reception and generalist administration experience.
  • Proven accurate and efficient data inputting skills preferably in accounts.
  • Processing invoices for payment, credit card entries and reconciliation
  • Accurate data entry and maintenance of fixed asset and fleet records
  • Strong focus on safety and efficiency, adhering to all policies and procedures as directed.
  • Ability to communicate with a range of internal personnel including managers, logistics and other administrative staff.

To commence immediately you must be able to provide a clear laboratory drug and alcohol screen and a National Police Clearance.  You must be residing in Kalgoorlie with current Australian work rights and relevant experience to be considered.
