We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. This is a senior-level 6 month role offering a unique opportunity to play a key part in leading business transformation initiatives across systems, processes, and policies within a large, multi-disciplinary organisation.
You will work closely with stakeholders and project teams to lead business analysis efforts across the full project lifecycle—driving solutions that enable real, strategic change.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. You will work closely with stakeholders and project teams to lead business analysis efforts across the full project lifecycle—driving solutions that enable real, strategic change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end business analysis activities from problem definition to solution delivery.
- Manage and define requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure business needs are met.
- Facilitate process redesign, continuous improvement, and business case development.
- Engage stakeholders to elicit, analyse, document, and communicate business and technical requirements.
- Support project managers and other delivery partners with expert guidance on best-practice business analysis.
- Apply methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, XP, Kanban), Waterfall, and BPMN to deliver business and technical solutions.
- Degree in Business Administration, Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
OR - Certification with the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent
- Extensive experience applying IIBA BABOK and Agile Extension
- Proven background as a Business Analyst in large, complex environments undergoing transformation
- Strong working knowledge of Agile principles and delivery frameworks (Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban)
- Proficiency in modelling techniques and tools including UML, BPMN, data flows, and UI prototyping
- Ability to produce clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements
- Familiarity with SDLC, systems integration, networks, and operating systems
- Experience in investment program planning, design, and operational delivery
- Ability to lead teams, manage functional activities, and influence change through collaboration
