Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of administrative professionals to foster high performance and career development.
- Manage and coordinate daily workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Implement quality standards and promote best practices across all administrative processes.
- Identify training needs and deliver opportunities for skills development.
- Efficiently allocate team resources to support organisational priorities.
- Proactively resolve issues and streamline processes for improved service delivery.
- Facilitate strong communication within the team and with stakeholders across departments.
- Monitor and report on team performance, productivity, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in an administrative role, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Skills:
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
