Job description

We are currently recruiting for two ASO3-level Information Services Officer positions. These roles involve handling sensitive information, supporting administrative processes, and contributing to high-quality service delivery in a government setting.
 
Role 1: Application Processing

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing reports
  • Assess application validity including form completeness, fees, signatures, and required data
  • Navigate internal databases to locate and release appropriate information
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and information release protocols
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in data control and information release
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • High-level accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive data
 
Role 2: Work Logging & Report Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage incoming emails and log them into an Excel register
  • Follow records management practices using systems like Content Manager
  • Assist in preparing reports using Word templates and manual data entry
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in document preparation and records management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with Content Manager or similar systems
