Employment Type: 6 month Fixed Term, Full Time + Full Leave Entitlements. (High chance of a further contract extension)
Location: West Perth, Western Australia
Pay Rate: $72,000 – $79,000 + Super (dependant on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a professional and confidential reception service for the Premier, Ministers, and visitors during Cabinet and Sub-Committee meetings
- Preparing and distributing Cabinet files and submissions in accordance with the agenda
- Managing the distribution and tracking of Cabinet documents and decisions
- Responding to queries from Ministerial offices and government agencies
- Setting up the Cabinet room, including stationery and catering arrangements
- Maintaining Cabinet decision records and official files
- Processing office accounts and maintaining databases
- Supporting Cabinet Sub-Committee documentation and State Government board appointments
- Performing other administrative duties as required
Essential Requirements:
- Previous Government experience is a MUST
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience liaising at senior levels
- Strong reliability and commitment
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and operate independently
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential material
- Team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, accurate keyboard skills, and accounts processing
- A current C Class WA driver’s licence
- Current valid NPC or ability to obtain one
