Job description

Our State Government client is currently seeking experienced Service Officers to join their busy team to start on 29th April 2024 through to 30th June 2024 with a possible extension.
 
The role:
As a Service Officer you will contribute to the proactive collection of debt in a high-volume inbound and outbound contact centre environment. You will provide an excellent customer experience whilst also showing empathy and resilience.
 
About you:
  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a challenging and high demand environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
  • Strong ability to interpret and apply legislation and follow set procedures.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to negotiate effectively in finalising debts.
  • Be self-motivated to achieve personal performance goals and be driven to contribute to team goals.
  • Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Experience in a high-volume contact centre will be highly regarded.
