Our State Government client is currently seeking experienced Customer Service Consultants to join their team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of extension.
The Role
As a Service Officer in a fast-paced call centre environment, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls with individuals and corporations to recover outstanding funds or negotiate payment arrangements. You will deliver a high standard of customer service while demonstrating empathy, resilience, and professionalism.

- Demonstrated customer service experience in a high-demand or challenging environment
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of customers and build rapport
- Ability to interpret and apply legislation and follow set procedures
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team contributor

- Temporary role from approximately 23 February 2026 to 30 June 2026
- Part-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm
- Full-time hours (8:30am – 4:30pm) required for the first 4 weeks for onboarding and training
