Job description

Our State Government partner is seeking an AO6 Project Officer to support business systems and service improvement projects in a fast-paced transformation environment.

In this hands-on role, you will support concurrent projects and a new client implementation, coordinating onboarding activities, workshops, actions, and data-related tasks. You will assist Project and Program Managers with planning, governance, schedules, and reporting while working across complex enterprise environments. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, supporting testing activities, managing risks and issues, and contributing to effective project delivery.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain comprehensive and accurate project registers
  • Experience in a Project Officer or Project Administration role
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • High level of organisation, adaptability, and accountability
