On behalf of a Federal Government Agency, we are looking for several APS3 Access Officers to join the Access and Reassessment team based in Geelong. The assignments will be 6-12 months, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
The team are responsible for working in a service delivery environment, working directly with participants to manage and resolve eligibility assessments and resolution.

Responsibilities will include;
- Reviewing, processing and assessing documentation in accordance with policy and legislation
- Making appropriate assessment decisions
- Responding to phone and email enquiries and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintaining records and undertaking data entry, scanning and filing documents according to standards
To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate;
- Previous administrative experience or experience working in a service delivery environment
- Computer skills
- Ability to follow process and instructions
- Customer service skills
