We’re seeking a dynamic Training Coordinator to support a strategically significant transformation program within a federal government agency. You’ll be part of a high-performing Change Management Office that provides change, communications, training, and transition support across the organisation.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated change team and workforce development specialists to deliver tailored training experiences that drive capability uplift and successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead innovative training strategies to support digital transformation and system readiness.
- Collaborate with change and program teams to align training with business needs and schedules.
- Evaluate training needs and readiness from current to future state.
- Develop engaging training materials including guides, videos, and modules.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure training success.
- Coordinate and deliver virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Report on training delivery, uptake, and success metrics.
Essential Requirements:
- AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance (or ability to obtain) and Police Check (or ability to obtain).
- Australian citizenship and political neutrality.
- Experience across the full training cycle – needs assessment, planning, development, delivery, and evaluation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- High-quality written communication and analytical thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple work packages and understand dependencies.
- Experience with Agile project delivery and change management frameworks.
- Ability to develop training for diverse audiences and evaluate learner needs.
