Locations: Sydney NSW, Melbourne Victoria
 
Key duties and responsibilities
Our client is seeking an Archer Software Engineer (Developer) having demonstrated experience with:

Archer GRC Development & Configuration:
  • Lead the end-to-end configuration of new and existing new and existing Archer applications, including:
  • Layout design (e.g., dashboards, record structures).
  • Access controls (user roles, permissions).
  • Workflows (automated notifications, approvals).
  • Packaging & Deployment (SDLC management).
  • Develop and customise Archer modules (e.g., Risk, Issues, Audit, Compliance)
  • Utilise Archer modelling language to create and maintain data models, calculations, and reports.
 Risk & Compliance Reporting:
  • Generate risk insights and dashboards for Agency Executives and the Board.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices
  • Conduct feasibility assessments for cross-functional risk communications.
 Stakeholder Collaboration & Training:
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive user adoption of Archer solutions.
  • Work with the client’s business units to gather requirements and refine system functionality.
  • Document technical processes and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
 Testing, Debugging & Support:
  • Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of Archer applications.
  • Provide ongoing support of existing Archer implementations.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues in collaboration with vendor and IT teams.
 Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on latest GRC trends and Archer platform advancements.
  • Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate new capabilities.
  • Recommend system process improvements to enhance risk management efficiency.
 
Technical skills and requirements:

Archer GRC: In-depth understanding of the platform's capabilities, modules, and features. Experience in Archer development, configuration, and support. Reporting and Analytics: Ability to leverage Archer's reporting and analytics features to generate insights
The ideal candidate will be an Archer Certified Administrator with hands-on Archer experience, Advanced Excel skills, strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
 
Strong understanding of Risk management and compliance frameworks and experience in implementation of a GRC platform will be highly desirable.
