We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Support Officer to join one our state government clients. This role provides essential support to workforce operations and contributes to efficient HR processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance checks and process workforce documentation for payroll.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personal files.
- Monitor email inboxes, respond to queries, and escalate complex matters to HR Business Partners.
- Respond to HR21 and TimeWise queries.
- Coordinate job vacancy placements on IWorkForSA, intranet, external media, and job boards, and advise on advertising options.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience with CHRIS21, IWorkForSA, Objective, and Government HR forms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in HR administration or similar roles within government.
