Job description

We are currently seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to join our clients Retail Management team at Primewest Boulevard Shopping Centre, Broome.
Responsible for supporting the Centre Manager and providing front line customer service, this role is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure and build a long-term career in property while working with a close-knit, friendly and supportive team.
 
Your key responsibilities include:
  •  Managing reception, including answering calls and directing or dealing with queries;
  • Assisting contractors with sign in/out process;
  • Managing keys for the centre and maintaining key register;
  • Reviewing and collating CCTV when needed;
  • Coordinating cleaning issues and supplies;
  • Basic financial management tasks, including coding of creditors accounts, managing petty cash and gift voucher reimbursements;
  • Assisting with marketing events;
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Updating community notice board as required; and
  • Other general administration duties

  •  Strong organisational and administrative skills;
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers;
  • An excellent phone manner;
  • High level attention to detail;
  • The ability to prepare and proofread documents and reports;
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint; and
  • Experience and skill in accurate data entry.
