About the Role
As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a diverse property portfolio is maintained to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate works, monitor performance, and keep operations running smoothly.
Your key duties will include:
- Property & Facilities Management – Coordinating scheduled, reactive, and urgent maintenance across multiple sites.
- Contractor Coordination – Managing trades and cleaning services to ensure work is completed on time and to specification.
- Client Service – Acting as the main point of contact, providing exceptional communication and support.
- Administration & Reporting – Preparing invoices, updating records, and producing detailed client reports.
- Compliance & Safety – Ensuring works comply with OH&S legislation, the Residential Tenancy Code, and privacy standards.
- Performance Monitoring – Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain service excellence.

You will bring:
- Previous experience in property management, facilities management, or a related role.
- Strong organisation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Confidence in managing multiple contractors and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of tenancy regulations and workplace safety requirements (advantageous).
