Job Title: Business Administration Officer – Level 2
Employer: DFP Recruitment client
Position Type: 6 Part Time Casual Temporary Contract (Tues, Wed & Thurs)
Pay Rate: $37 - $42 per hour + Super
Location: Perth, WA 6000
Role Overview: Provide reception and administrative support services for the office and within corporate services
 
 
Key Responsibilities;
  • Creates and maintains records in the electronic document and records management system
  • First point of contact for the office is responsible for answering main office phone and managing visitors to the office
  • Manages the reception inbox and training and meeting room calendars as required
  • Manages petty cash for the office
  • As service champion coordinates purchase orders and acquittal of invoices for the business unit
  • Maintains stationery and consumable supplies, placing required orders and finalising accounts
  • Issues and maintains register of building access cards
  • Issues and maintains register of office lockers
  • Issues authority to audit cards
  • Assists with operational finance, procurement and human resource activities
  • Provides administrative support for professional development and training
  • Provides word processing, data entry and clerical support services across the business unit
  • Coordinates, reports and tracks building faults with building management
  • Coordinates equipment repairs
  • Coordinates vehicle repair, roadside assistance, accident claims forms, infringements and parking arrangements
  • Assists with the preparation of meetings, interviews and functions
  • Ensures a quality customer service is provided at all times to internal and external clients.
  • Undertakes other duties and special projects as required.
 
Essential to be successful in this role;
  • Experience in providing high quality administration support services.
  • Experience in records management and Microsoft office.
  • Current valid NPC or able to obtain
  • Previous experience in Business Administration
