Contact Centre Consultant
  • Moe Location
  • Salary from $55,000 plus 11% super
  • Rotating roster within operating hours of Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturdays 9am-2pm
  • 6–8 weeks’ full time onsite training

Situated within a reputable banking institution, the Contact Centre Consultant is responsible for handling inbound enquiries and transactions as well as outbound follow-up activity.
 

The Consultant may operate in any of the Contact Centre functions (ie. Lending, Insurance, General Enquiries, Specialist Enquiries). In all customer engagements, the Consultant will provide exceptional customer service by:
  • Communicating the company brand and value proposition
  • Fully understand the customers’ needs
  • Offering our ancillary products range where relevant
