About the Position:
As a Contact Centre Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding service to customers. Your main responsibilities will involve handling inbound enquiries across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through inbound verbal and written channels.
- Investigate and resolve transaction issues with a high level of empathy.
- Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure excellence in quality and productivity.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with current and potential customers.
- Stay abreast of changes in legislation and banking operations.
- Engage in staff training and development activities as required.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
- Previous contact centre or finance experience is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in computer skills.
- Ability to investigate, problem-solve, and follow up on queries effectively.
- Genuine interest in building a long-term career in the banking industry.
