Job description

The Role

You will be responsible for managing retention activities to minimise Health Insurance discontinuance focusing on call back on members with high risk of cancelling their private health cover.

Your Responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Engage with customers with a high risk of cancelling their Health Insurance using inbound and outbound telephone, and email, to ensure they are offered the most appropriate cover with a view to long term retention of these customer
  • Achieve personal targets and contribute to team’s target through provision of Health Insurance solutions to targeted customers
  • Educate customers on relevant Health Insurance products and services based on their lifestyle and Health Insurance needs
  • Maintain appropriate customer contact and records in accordance to the clients guidelines and procedures
  • Liaise with relevant teams to ensure a seamless customer experience is delivered to customers
You will have:
  • Certificate in Customer Contact and/or within Health Insurance is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a service and outcomes driven environment or customer facing environment such as retail, hospitality and contact centre
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills; Possess excellent rapport building skills; and possess strong computer skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Proven ability to engage and manage relationships with customers
