Job description

The Position 
Our client provides professional property repair management and property assessments along with emergency response service. The positions are located in Drouin with flexible working arrangements available as hybrid model. You will receive full onsite professional training from the management team themselves. Our client has a number of positions to fill so if you have these skills we want to chat with you!

  • Answering calls through 1300 phone line dealing with general enquiries.
  • Liaise with clients, homeowners, suppliers, and internal team on building projects.
  • Lodge new request and maintain also updating existing projects.
  • Support the building supervisors. 
  • Provide progress updates to clients and monitor portals.
  • Coordinate projects from start to finish.
  • Extensive experience in administration or customer services role.

About You
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and use Microsoft Office, word, outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent time management and high attention to detail.

  • Be empathetic and resilient.
  • Be able to work with sensitive situations & vulnerable people.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and time efficiently.
