Our client within Local Government is seeking to appoint a temporary Customer Liaison Officer within their unique team.
You will provide customer service and administrative support within the office at Lutwyche cemetery. You will liaise with a range of customers throughout the day regarding queries, chapel and reception bookings and facilitating multiple requests.

- Provide supervision and assistance to funeral directors, families and caterers with various requests to ensure that the facilities meet expectations
- Receive bookings from funeral directors and maintain currency of registers relating to burials and cremations
- General administrative duties and recording accurate information within databases
- Processing sales of products and services within the cemetery
- Preparation of banking deposits
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service focused environment
- A strong ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships
- Well-developed communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A professional telephone manner and the ability to liaise with customers with sensitivity, tact and awareness
- Sound administrative skills and the ability to maintain accurate records
