Job description


  • Position: Part-time and full-time opportunity available
  • Rate: $39 - $45 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
  • Location: CBD (No WFH option available)
  • Security Clearance: MUST HAVE Baseline Security Clearance or ability to obtain
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract: 6 months, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role
About the Role:

This position revolves around active participation in an inbound call centre environment. You'll undergo extensive training and benefit from ongoing support, setting the stage for your success in this position.

  • Previous experience in a call centre environment
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrates emotional resilience, empathy, and upholds integrity

  • Active listener, skilled in multitasking, and proficient in entering information into a CRM system
  • Exhibits strong engagement and relationship management skills
  • Previous experience working with vulnerable individuals is highly beneficial
