The role:
Currently the HR team requires the support of exceptional customer service associates to support the team. This is an exciting short term opportunity to step into a fast paced customer service postion. As a Customer Service Consultant you will be required to make outbound calls following up on outstanding employment contracts, confirming first day details and following up on employees who have failed to arrive offering further support, advise and instruction as required. You will have multiple contacts and interactions with the wider business, you will be motivated and positive, and
able to demonstrate experience working a busy and changing environment and provide an outstanding level of service.

To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:
- A strong proficiency in customer service
- Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
- A willingness to work as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Professional telephone manner and possess a high level of resilience
- Proven ability to meet KPI’s
- Previous HR experience highly advantageous
