The opportunity

Our client is a global organisation that specialises in travel visas and simplifies the visa application process for their customers. The Customer Contact Team supports the commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence by providing flawless customer service support to customers via phone and email interactions.

 

The role

The Customer Service Consultant handles all aspects of customer service in the contact team and is responsible for providing accurate information pertaining to visa requirements, processing and delivery to customers via phone and email;

·      Handle a high volume of calls to assist customers with their visa and travel document applications

·      Communicate a clear understanding of travel document requirements and procedures to ensure proper handling on requests and correct information is relayed to clients

·      Assist clients over the telephone, through written communication and in person and provide status updates to ensure customer satisfaction

 

About you

·      Previous customer service within a contact centre 

·      Excellent communication skills demonstrating verbal and written expression, active listening

·      The ability to work autonomously with excellent time management and organisational skills

·      The ability to develop effective business relationships and work positively within a team environment
