  • Sydney CBD, Parramatta and Penrith locations
  • $55,000 per annum + super (negotiable depending on experience)
Our client is currently seeking multiple Customer Service Consultants to join their team. On a typical day you will use your exceptional customer service skills to liaise with customers over the phone and via email. You’ll provide technical and account support to their customers.  Ultimately, your goal will be to delight their customers on the first call and send them away with greater knowledge, or to become self-sufficient, and doing so with a smile! 
 
They offer a rotating roster Monday to Sunday, and a supportive training program for new staff.

Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner  
  • Educate customers on products and services  
  • Resolve all complaints and issues through effective communication skills and escalate to team lead when needed  
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, anticipate their needs and create positive experiences
  • Demonstrate resilience and agility by responding constructively to change, ambiguity and complexity and find alternative solutions
  • Display a willingness to do things differently in response to change
  • Motivated to achieve targets and work in a busy and structured environment
About You
  • Possess previous experience of providing outstanding customer service in Retail, Hospitality or Contact Centre  
  • An infectiously upbeat attitude and a bubbly personality 
  • A passion for customer experience and providing exceptional service  
  • Be confident using different types of technology
  • Have the ability to take ownership and solve customer enquiries
  • Have experience in identifying sales and customer retention opportunities
