About the role
 
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will:
  • Assist all prospective residents/residents and their guests in the most efficient and professional manner, exceeding expectations and delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Operate the day-to-day front desk reception with a focus on customer service
  • Monitor and report concern regarding resident safety and wellbeing and escalate as required
  • Assist with leasing and the ongoing property management of units
  • Take responsibility for the processing of end of shift balance
  • Operate the computer software system and all other computer equipment in the front office efficiently and effectively
  • Other duties as required
Skills and Experience

Applicants MUST be Austyralian Citizens to apply.
  • National police check required
  • Experince in an accommodation/administration position desirable
  • Strong customer service and data entry skills
