Job description

·        Outbound customer service opportunities – NO SALES

·        Full time permanent & 6-month contract roles available

·        Develop your career in the Superannuation industry




This well-known superannuation company is looking for self-motivated outbound customer service officers to join their team in a supportive and friendly environment.




In this role, you will be working on multiple campaigns, calling existing members to enhance their customer service experience and ensure customer satisfaction. There are no sales involved.




You will be responsible for:

·        Retaining existing memberships through education and engagement with customers

·        Work on a variety of outbound campaigns including.

o  Welcoming new members

o  Retention of inactive customers

o  Ad hoc legislation changes

·        Promote consolidation opportunities via phone

·        Provide support to the client service and marketing teams




To be successful in this role you will have

·        Excellent customer service focus and communication skills

·        Phone based experience either in an inbound or outbound capacity

·        Good organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and self-motivate to meet and exceed KPI’s

·        RG146 compliant or knowledge of superannuation industry is preferred
