The Role:

A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an experienced and professional Customer Interaction officer to join the team in the South East Suburbs. Working within the customer resolution team you will play an integral role in providing support and resolution for all customer service enquiries regarding product issues and customer care requirements.

Your duties will incorporate:

  • Fielding queries from consumers on technical product issues
  • Responding to email, fax and letter enquiries in relation to product issues
  • Coordinate warranty repair requests utilizing in-house computer systems
  • Coordinate Engineers and Technical Service Providers to attend to repairs in all areas of Australia
  • Maintenance of database
  • First call resolution with customers to resolve enquiries
  • Escalate customer complaints to the customer resolutions team where required
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a call centre
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude with a high level of resilience
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Strong Technical aptitude with efficient and accurate administrative skills

This is a full time (37.5hrs) temp to perm opportunity. Suitable candidates will be able to work 5 days per week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am – 5pm
