Job description

The Cora Group, a freight and logistics organisation need your customer service experience! This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast–growing transport management business in a full-time contract role! With on-the-job training and support the successful candidates will be considered for permanency at the end of the contract period!

Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls and emails for customer requests including bookings, delivery ETAs, special pre-alerts, and proof of deliveries
  • Effectively deal with critical service issues including delays, as well as lost / damage products
  • Manage project related distributions and special service requests including major national rollouts, next flight services, express courier, and full load bookings
  • Provide proactive support and daily reporting for major customers as required
  • Provide customers with guidance regarding the safe, effective, and efficient transport of goods
  • Communicate effectively within internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met
The successful candidates will demonstrate:
  • Customer Service experience within a fast-paced call centre environment.
  • Have some exposure to freight & logistics related operations
  • High level of competency with IT systems and databases 
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent listening skills along with a friendly personality and a genuine desire to help people;

Successful candidates must be able to commence in May 2022 and be flexible to work Monday – Friday between 8am-5.30pm
