Our client is a leading Australian Health Insurance provider, offering seeking experienced customer service professionals to join their growing team in temporary role which may lead to a permanent opportunity!


You will manage inbound phone based enquiries, providing exceptional service, and communicating appropriate policy and product information to deliver first resolutions with each interaction.

·       Previous experience in a customer focused role.
