Job description

An exciting contract  opportunity has arisen for a exceptional customer service  focused  candidate to join a global organization specializing in home appliances.  This particular organization, located in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne has established an exceptional reputation delivering on quality and top tier customer service.

This is a opportunity to work within the Sales Support team for its retail and premium brand.  Directly reporting to the Sales Support Supervisor the primary purpose of the role is to build exceptional relationships with its customers and provide a seamless sales transaction and customer experience from taking the initial product order  through to delivery.  

Your responsibilities will incorporate:

  • Responding to customer queries requirements
  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Processing of orders from initial query to delivery of stock
  • Answering a multitude of email enquiries
  • Building internal and eternal relationships to track deliveries and ensure allocation of stock
  • Assist with online payments
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:
  • Minimum of 2 years Customer Service / Sales support experience
  • High accuracy for order entry
  • Positive and Bright candidates who have high levels of resilience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills
  • SAP experience advantageous
  • High level technical competance
