Job description

Are you looking for your next opportunity to showcase your Document Control skills?

Our client is seeking a Drawing Management Controller. The chosen candidate will provide extensive support to the Drawing Management team, working on various exciting projects.

Rate: candidates will be put forward at a rate of their choosing, dependant on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday – 7.5 hours per day
Start: ASAP, notice periods will be considered
Location: Bentley based role with occasional travel to regional WA
Duration: 12 months
Type: temp casual contract


REQUIREMENTS

  • Over 2 years Drawing / Document Management Control is required
  • Knowledge of the ProjectWise document management system and experience working in and supporting an engineering and design collaboration environment.
  • Knowledge of document management OpenText
  • Drawing management, document control or quality systems
  • Ability to manage change effectively (flexible workload)
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Advanced Microsoft Office
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Project Wise Drawing Management System
  • OpenText Content Suite 16
  • Bentley MicroStation - 3D CAD Software
  • EDI – Engineering Drawing Index
  • EDM – Engineering Data Management
DESIRED
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, policies and/or standards relating to the Western Australian electricity industry;
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to relate to, influence and persuade at all levels in the organisation.
