eLearning Developer
  • $70.00 - $90.00/Hour + Super
  • ACT location
  • 12-month contract, (possible 1 x 12-month extension)

DFP Recruitment are working with a Large Federal Government department to source an experienced eLearning Developer with Skills in Articulate 360, Storyline and Rise as well as the full Adobe Creative Suite. Joining a large exciting program working on a variety artifacts which will be used to help train colleagues across the department.
 
Duties
  • Design and develop effective and innovative learning solutions for a large, dispersed workforce that has a range of training/learning requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end design process to ensure that the training content and learning methodologies are reflective of learner needs and reflect industry best practice.
  • Work with stakeholders from across the Department to create a blend both synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences, as well as assessment, evaluation and other supporting materials.
  • Actively engage with SMEs across the workforce to carry out training needs analysis to ensure a high standard of learning design and content.
  • Identify, interpret and clarify the learning and development requirements/opportunities to meet the operational and business needs and support a continuous learning and development culture.
  • Engage in ongoing evaluation of existing learning content to ensure a process of continuous improvement is achieved.
  • Maintain an in depth understanding of the role and functions of the Department and an understanding of how these relate to aged care services. 
Desired Experience  
  • Ability to design and develop online learning materials using Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise, ensuring content is interactive and engaging.
  • Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite tools, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop, to create high-quality graphics, animations, and videos for training purposes.
  • Expertise in developing training videos, from conceptualisation through to final production, ensuring content is educational, engaging, and professionally produced.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to design innovative and engaging online learning experiences.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and coordinate with team members effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
