EL1 Project Specialists – Payroll & Business Improvement (Labour Hire)

Are you a highly skilled project professional with a passion for data, problem-solving, and driving business improvement?

A reputable Federal Government Shared Services Hub is looking for three capable individuals to support a growing team delivering payroll remediation and business improvement projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding area providing vital services across multiple government agencies. This is a 12 month contract commencing in June.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and contribute to payroll remediation and process improvement projects
  • Use strong analytical and project management skills to solve complex problems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and agencies
  • Work with data sets using Excel and other analytical tools to support decision-making
What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience leading or supporting projects with a structured methodology
  • Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desirable: experience in maintenance release testing, business analysis, Aurion or payroll system administration
