Job description

The Opportunity 

On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency based in Geelong or Richmond, we are looking for an experienced Strategic Change Coordinator. This is a 12 month assignment, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 

This is a team leadership role and will require a considerable degree of independence and decision making to ensure the effective delivery of change management activities. 

Responsibilities include; 
  • Assist in the establishment of future state vision and stakeholder experience/journey aligned with that vision
  • Coordinate the engagement of program and organisational leaders to future state vision
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members 
  • Support the management of stakeholders that reflect functional, behavioural and attitudinal characteristics of the target audience
  • Develop, implement, evaluate and communicate change management requirements 
  • Assist in tracking the changes in adoption
  • Focus strategically on existing members, existing providers and internal and external stakeholders 

To be considered for this role you will demonstrate; 
  • Experience in planning and implementing change in a large complex organisation
  • Experience in facilitating change planning; including stakeholder identification, business impact analysis and change planning
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Commitment to achieve positive outcomes
