Job description

DFP Recruitment are seeking experienced Executive Assistant(s) for numerous temporary government contracts around Perth, Western Australia. 
  • Competitive hourly rates - $45 to $60 per hour plus Super (depending on the role and the candidate's experience)
  • Short and long-term contracts available
  • Local, State and Federal clients
  • Perth CBD, NOR and SOR locations
Responsibilities may include: 
  • Provide high level executive and administration support within a demanding environment
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with senior executives and their support staff
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Communicate confidently and effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and customers
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail when preparing, drafting and coordinating correspondence
  • Identify, anticipate and prepare information requirements for meetings and presentations
  • Work under pressure with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines
  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Managing correspondence (inbound and outbound)
  • Travel arrangements
  • Drafting ministerial responses
  • Management of meetings and minute taking
  • Conducting basic research activities
  • Understanding policies and procedures
 About You:
  • Executive assistant experience or high level administration (minimum 3 years)
  • Previous experience in Government (highly advantageous)
  • Strong administration experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Advanced MS Office Suite
  • Full working rights
  • Current National Police Clearance (dated within 6 months)
