Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our head office customer service team. As a first point of contact for potential guests, you will play a key role in providing an unforgettable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for providing service information, promoting our exciting loyalty program, and making reservations.

You will also have the unique opportunity to make sales and create long-lasting relationships with guests, creating a memorable experience that they will never forget.

Your role will involve:
  • Respond to guest and travel agent enquiries to provide information about hotel services, amenities, and unique services to enhance their experience!
  • Process reservations by phone, email and online booking systems.
  • Verify guest information and payment details to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide guests with confirmation of their reservations and any additional information they may need.
Your skills & experience:
  • Previous experience in hotel, customer service or contact centre environment advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships and make sales! 
  • Professional customer centric approach, an eye for detail and motivation to exceed expectations!
  • Strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy in note keeping and process compliance.
  • Ideally seeking bilingual agents - Bahasa advantageous
