Our client, a Federal Government Agency, is looking for a HR Administrator to join their busy team for an initial 6-month term with the possibility of extension.
About the Company
This is a small government agency with approximately 150 staff members and a HR team of 7. The focus of the agency is to provide fact-based information to the government via research studies and inquiries.
About the Role
As part of a supportive team, you will provide administration support across all areas of HR, including recruitment, learning and development, onboarding and work health & safety. Some day to day tasks will include:

- Drafting a range of documents including employment contracts, reports and correspondence
- Updating SharePoint content
- Managing the central mailbox
- Supporting the team with other tasks as required
You will have amazing administration skills and a real interest in Human Resources and a willingness to learn. Along with this you will have the following skills and competencies:
- Excellent MS Office skills and aptitude to pick up new systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to handle multiple priorities
- You’ll enjoy working closely with others
- A love of ‘Getting the job done’
