Due to continued success they are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support with the day to day operational requirements from recruitment through to compliance, with a strong focus on operational efficiency. You'll play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives by providing HR expertise that aligns with business goals.
Some of the responsibilities but not limited to are as follows:
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and industrial relations matters to minimise risk and ensure compliance.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team.
- Maintain the highest standards in all your interactions, delivering prompt and professional assistance aligned with business core values.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on employee engagement, change management, succession planning, and learning and development.
- Mentor employees and leaders through the annual performance review and remuneration processes.
The role would suit an energetic, self-motivated and trusted advisor with a natural ability to influence and effectively build strong working relationships. Ideally you will have an ER/IR background gained from a multi-site national organisation or within a fast-paced agile environment.
